Condolences
Im truly sorry for your loss. Jerry was a great individual and great person to work with. Many of days we spent chatting about our kids and baseball. I hope you and Peter are doing well.
I enjoyed the many times I got to golf with Jerry at Pinebrook--he was always a gentleman. I enjoyed his many stories about Peter and baseball. He is greatly missed.

Hello Karen and Peter,
I just want to tell you how sorry we are for your loss. Jerry was Bonnie's baseball coach so many years ago but to this day, she (and I) rank "Coach Jerry" as the best coach she ever had. Of course he was! The team was undefeated for two years straight! She still has the trophies!
Warm regards,
Joanne and Bonnie Wearmouth
Karen and Peter,
We are so saddened to learn of the passing of Jerry.
Despite the fact that we never knew one another well, Jerry demonstrated such neighborly kindness toward my family. I recall a time during a nasty winter day (-25) when he observed me shoveling my driveway following a large snowfall. Without hesitation, Jerry brought over his snow blower and just started pitching in to clear the snow. I also fondly remember his daily morning walks with Patches over the years. Those two has such a connection that was obvious to anyone who saw them together.
We are literally only a stone's throw away and here for your family if you ever need the assistance of a neighbor. Please don't hesitate to ask; we'd be honored to return the kindness Jerry showed us.
We will arrange for the Most Holy Sacrifice of Mass to be offered for the repose of his soul.
Sincerely,
Michael, Ryan, and Joshua Bickert (129)
Karen - we are so sorry to hear about your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Bill & Diana Paterson
One of the memories of Uncle Jerry that stands out the most with me is his beard rubs. As a kid he would play with us and rub his beard on our cheek. I think I’ll always remember him with a beard. Uncle Jerry was a good man, and he will be missed. Rest In Peace Uncle Jerry.

My heartfelt condolences Karen and Peter on the loss of Jerry, husband and father.
I have such wonderful memories of Jerry and Peter playing catch for hours in the field behind our homes on Stradbrooke Rise.
It was great being neighbours, as we were able to share meals, a glass of beer or wine, hang out over the fence, golf together and even enjoy ski time at Kimberley together. Peter , your father was so very proud of you and all your accomplishments. He loved coaching you, whether it was hockey, baseball or golf. I chuckle when I think of you at Pinebrook, learning to golf and you preferred to us your hockey skills with the golf ball. I think you and Tori preferred the halfway house for “free” food, instead of the actual golf. Your dad would just smile, he loved his “little “ boy.
Jerry was a great friend to John and I, and always ready to offer a helping hand. I remember Jerry would wander into our yard with two beers in hand to enjoy a visit when John was ill.
Jerry will be deeply missed and I pray that your good memories will sustain you in this difficult time of sorrow.
All our love, Terry and Tori Saunders
