Condolences
Our Christmas card to Doris came back to us, and we are so sorry to find out that she passed away in February. We always looked forward to getting her Christmas letter, and visiting her when we were in Calgary to visit my wife's family. Doris' Mom and my Mom were good friends at West End Baptist Church in Halifax.
We received Doris's Christmas card back this year and were saddened to hear of her death. We always enjoyed hearing from her at Christmas and especially all about her grandchildren.
We had been keeping in touch every year since we were married in 1970.
Ray went to West End Baptist in Halifax. His Mom was a good friend of Doris' Mom.
Doris certainly had a full life and was so proud of her family.
Remember to take good care of each other always.
To Doris's Family
My husband also worked at Baker Lovick with Doris....she became a very favourite to us all. Bob Ranson was a very good friend, and there were a few time in the past few years that the gang got together to catch up.
Jared passed away on the 14th of April,
Please accept my most sincere sympathy at this time of sadness.
Condolences to all of you

We knew Doris through First Baptist Church, her work at the Open Door, and many happy after church meals with the “Lunch Bunch”. We will always remember her as a wonderful friend who was great to visit with, always with a smile, fun and very interesting. And of course we will remember her many hats.
Our sincere sympathy to Doris’s family.

Doris has/had been a sister in my wild Rose Hatters and Calgary Jewels groups and will be sadly missed. Last time I was able to visit her was on her 90th Birthday. Although it was a short visit (because of Covid) it was a very enjoyable one. Doris was such an enjoyable person to be with that all will miss her deeply
Hugs to all who knew & carried for her, Liz Acres & the Calgary Jewels

Doris was an active member of the +55 Connections social organization for the past 15 years. She will be remembered for her smile, generosity and great sense of humor. She loved a good laugh and so enjoyed her close friendships with so many of the members. She will be dearly missed.
Rest in peace Doris.
