Condolences
My deepest condolences to Carol’s family. I have very fond memories of Carol and our good friendship as teenagers.
Our deepest sympathy to the family. We have so many great memories of Carol from high school days, during the time she lived on the farm and the school reunions after she left Torquay. She was such a wonderful person and was such an important member of our graduating class. When the Beatles came along most students switched from Elvis to them but Carol always remained loyal to Elvis. She worked as a teacher assistant for a time in the school I was Principal of in Bienfait Sk and she was an excellent mentor to several of the little people she helped with. She always had a smile on her face when working with the little children.. I also used to talk to her on Facebook sharing memories of the Torquay days. She will be greatly missed!!
I have good memories of Carol over the years. When I was in high school, I thought she was so beautiful and always very friendly. When my son Kurt was in kindergarten, he was absolutely in love with his teacher, Carol. My sympathies to her family. Hang on to fond memories.
Auntie Carol was my Aunt, and my God Mother as well.
One day, many years ago, I was helping on the farm. While Curtis and Terri-lynne were in the fields, I took the simpler job of mowing the grass. Which had fallen behind due to the farm's higher demands at the time. Auntie Carol called out, "Watch out for the rose bushes". I said, "What rose bushes"? She stood on her toes and stretched her neck and said, "Um, never mind".
I have lots of fond and happy memories with her and I will also miss her laugh.
