Condolences
Gary & Family,
My deepest condolences for you and your family. I so enjoyed working with Joan throughout the several years at St. Andrew's Church. She was always very patient and resourceful when we served on the Pre-school committee. Joan loved her family. She beamed when she caught me up on the families lives; especially her grandchildren. You are in my thoughts and my prayers.
Gary and family,
My sincere condolences on your loss. Although you will miss Joan so very much I know that fond memories will keep her in your hearts..
Our sincerest condolences to Gary and the Homer family.
We had many interesting conversations over the past 50 years.
She will be missed.
We are so so sorry for your loss. We remember enjoying many SF and other dinners together. Thinking of you at this difficult time.

Gay & family,
Barb & I send our sincere condolences on Joan's passing.
You two have had a long life together with many happy memories.
We are unable, unfortunately, to attend the funeral service. Barb's sister, in Edmonton, has just had a stroke so we will be leaving for Edmonton soon to be with her.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you and the family.

So sorry for your loss. I always enjoyed greeting Joan at the front desk, we always had a story or two to tell. It was great Acadia Pool was part of her life. She will be missed.

I have fond memories of Joan and my mom officiating at countless track meets together. The two of them always there cheering Cathy and I on, taking care of everything from sweatpants to snacks. She was always positive and encouraging. It was clear that Joan was dedicated to her family and generous with her time and care with those of us who entered into her sphere.
To the Homer family,
One of my first memories of Mrs. Homer was when both families lived on Havenhurst Crescent. Grandpa & Grandma O'Dwyer where having their 50th Wedding Anniversary. Mrs. Homer & Mom worked very hard to make Carolyn and I very special dresses for the occasion. The fabric that was chosen for the dresses was very itchy. We proudly wore the dresses for the party but never wore them again! Thank you so much Mrs. Homer for your help on the very special dresses.
Unfortunately I won't be able to attend Mrs. Homer's service. Please know your whole family is in my heart.
Geraldine (O'Dwyer) Hutchinson
