Condolences
I met Ray and Vicky in grade 9, and we became immediate friends. We were actually more like family since we shared the last name “Lee”. I chuckle when remembering how we would often trick teachers, subs, and new friends that we were all siblings; cousins at the least. Everyone believed it, and it was an honor to be known as his “sister from another mister”. Ray could light up the room with his calming presence and contagious smile. I will never forget his smile. My love and deepest condolences are sent to all of his family and friends, and mostly to Suzanne, Bradon, Myla, Emery, Venus, his parents, and to my BFF, Victoria.
Ray was my ride and die at the casino... did we ever have a laugh and he always had my back. I learned a lot from him and became kinder just being around him. He will be missed, but never forgotten.

Ray and I became friends when I moved to Calgary in 1999. From punks to adults we shared many of life's memories together. We worked together went to concerts together and generally did all the things one does in your twenties while you're figuring it all out, I must admit Ray was always a few steps ahead. When Ray started his family I was so happy as I knew it was something he had always wanted. Over the years He spoke about them all with such great pride.
I learned so much from Ray, about loyalty, kindness, and so many other things. Thank you for being such a good friend I will miss you.
My sincere condolences to the entire Lee family. Sending you all the love I can in this time, My thoughts are with you always.

I went to elementary school with Ray. I'm pleased to see that as an adult he was kind and caring because I can attest that he was the same growing up. I fondly remember how fast he could run. My condolences to his family during this difficult time. Rest easy Ray.
Ray was my cubicle neighbor in Assessment for at least 2.5 years. He was always respectful, supportive and friendly toward me. Beside our duties, we had fun and shared laughs. It was pleasure working with him and I 'll miss him dearly. Good Bye Ray, Good Night my friend!
I'm deeply sorry for this tragic loss. I remember Ray as a kind soul with a great sense of humor and his warm smile. I'm holding the Lee family in my heart and offering my sincerest condolences. He will be missed.

I had the pleasure of knowing Ray for the last 18 years. I worked with him for many years and grew quite close. Ray was always there for me as a friend and colleague. Truly one of the most caring guys I have ever met.
My deepest condolences to his entire family and anyone that knew him. The world lost an amazing man.
Ray was my colleague for years; but starting to know him a few years ago when we were on the same team. He was a gentle, considerate and mostly funny guy to work with and so as a true friend. In the past year, he was trying so hard to live, and he still kept things positively. You'll be missed... a lot!
I sat beside Ray at work for many years and he was always a great person to talk to. We shared many laughs and I always enjoyed hearing stories from him. You will be missed my cubicle buddy.
Ray was a part of my crew of friends in high school. I loved his humor. He was always supportive, so friendly and a good friend. I would think about him now and again even though contact fell off.
My heart goes out to you his family. Way too soon for such a beautiful soul.
Ray was a very special person! I honestly have never known anyone like him. Always smiling, upbeat, positive and would do anything to help others. I will miss him immensely and so will anyone who had the pleasure of knowing him.
I have known Ray for many years during my time at the City of Calgary. His calm personality, warm smile, great sense of humor and a loving heart touched me in so many ways. I was so saddened to hear this shocking news from Ontario. Ray, you will be deeply missed! Rest in Peace!
I worked with Ray in Assessment. Always a great guy to be around. You will be missed my friend.
I met Ray in my early twenties.
I can say that my time time with him taught me the value of hard work and we shared a compassion for the human condition. He is the best thing that happened in my young life, and I share my condolences with his family. Thank you for being a part of my Life, Ray.
