Our bonds are forever our memories are unshakeable. Macy will forever live on through all of us that love and cherish her. All she ever wanted was the best for her family & friends, but also to live for the day. She lived life to fullest and never forgot to smile (her big smile) a little along the way.
Be like Macy, be unapologetically yourself.
Growing up Macy was sponge for anthing she deemed "Cool", you could turn around one mintute and she would have your oversized ball cap and sunglasses on, giving the Rock on dude. The next she would be laughing her head off with her papa dressed as a toilet paper mummy trying to scare everyone.
Be like Macy, live life the manner in witch she lived not just to the fullest and not just for herself but live it for others aswell. Be like Macy, give a little more, smile just little more, bring the world more joy, just like Macy.
We love you forever

Corey, there's nothing more tragic than losing a child...my heart breaks - sending strength and love - Rob & Sue Gebauer
Our deepest heartfelt condolences to you Cory & Evan. Love filled prayers to you & all who are grieving the loss of Macy & of Ethan.
Tony, Gloria, Andrew, Evan and Family,
There are no words for such an unimaginable loss. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
My heart goes out to all the family members and others affected.
I had some classes with Macy in high school. She kept to herself for the most part, but opened up to me a few times.
She never did anything wrong. She was as close to pure as they get. She was nice to absolutely everybody, myself included, even when it wasn't deserving.
I remember her coming into the Papa Johns where I worked, and I would load her pizza with as much cheese and toppings as I could get away with.
After 5 years, this is what I remember about my interactions with Macy. I can't say that I remember a lot from those days, but she is someone I will never forget.
Rest In Peace, Macy. You were taken away way too soon.
The brightest light is now shining from the skies. Macy, I will forever miss your genuine kindness and wicked sense of humour. Your fierce love for your family is unparalleled. Corey, Evan and Andrew, my heart joins yours in grief and remembrance.
Macy you were the sister i never had. the friend i needed and the light of the room. i’m thankful for the times we spent together, shopping, eating, beading, and of course poking fun at evan. you taught me small things like how to properly cut an onion and make a good triscuit “pizza”. you also taught me big things, like friendship, and that family is not always blood. thank you for the way you included me in your life, i will include you eternally in my heart. lots of love, susie.
In loving memory of our young beautiful, caring, intelligent, funny and truly special great niece Macy, tragically taken with the love of her life Ethan. Dave and I (Dodge) had never met you in person, but we knew how special you are from your lovely dad Andrew and your very loving grandparents Gloria and Tony and our extended Canadian family. They are all so proud of the beautiful young lady that graced this world, but sadly gone too soon. We cannot describe the heartbreak, sadness and sorrow we feel for everyone, only wish we could be there to celebrate her life. Two beautiful souls gone, but never ever ever forgotten. Fly high darlings and shine bright.
From your ever loving Great Uncle Dave and Great Auntie Dodge - U.K.
To the Boyce-MacPherson and Halford Families
Our sadness felt with the sudden and senseless passing of Macy and Ethan is devastating. Anyone who worked with her, loved her. At our little East Hills Optiks store, there is a huge hole where her huge personality was. Her big laugh echoes in our heads and halls while we reminisce of the stupid and silly things we talk about when there is no one in our store. She had an individual relationship with each of us, and to me, she wasn't an employee at all, she was part of my work-kids. Her family and Ethan's family would all come in to see her and she would tell them why their glasses needed to be updated and fit them in the most perfect frames. She cared about how people felt. She cared about how her colleagues felt. She always had your back; any one of us. She was a tough, strong personality and that is why I hired her. She was tenacious and intelligent and self-aware beyond her young years. She loved Ethan with her whole heart and had a relationship that despite distance sometimes, they always came together like a fairy-tale love story. We will feel a deep sense of loss.
Please know, that Optiks-FYI Group have been so saddened by the loss of Macy and Ethan and it is felt throughout the whole company. We have tremendous support from them and I want to pass on heartfelt condolences on behalf of Optiks International East Hills, Optiks International/Factory Optical and FYI Health Group. Our thoughts are with your families at this difficult time.
