Condolences
My sincerest condolences to the Richardson family. I worked with Kevin for many year his kindness and sense of humour will be greatly missed.
I recently heard about Kevin and am deeply saddened. My condolences to the family.
I met Kevin on the job at Propak. Just after he joined the maintenance department as a lead hand on his first day, there was an overhead crane that wasn't doing what it should, so he was called on the radio to see about getting it fixed. It's always a rush to get the cranes working ASAP to minimize a hold up in production. The problem was something that required us climbing up onto the crane and opening up a panel box. I was quite new to this sort of problem as well, so we were both intimidated when we saw the rat's nest of wires inside the box. Both of us being automotive mechanics, we just treated it like a wiring problem in a car, with some extra respect to the high voltage stuff. We messed around with meters and test lights, and after an hour or so, we reasoned out the problem, but the best thing was that we got to know each other a little bit. I came away thinking " I think this guy's going to be okay". What an understatement that was! Kevin was an excellent foreman, and though the job was filled with seemingly endless problems, Kevin had a way of getting our maintenance team to fix the problems, not because we had to, but because we wanted to. This made for several years of me getting up in the morning and feeling positive about going to work. I was blessed to know Kevin, and the time spent up on the crane getting to know him didn't seem like much at the time, but reflecting back, it was precious.
Our condolences to the family. Richard and Kevin worked together at Propak. Kevin introduced us to the Bergen Springs Estates and we bought a treed lot. Kevin was right there cutting down the trees so we could park our trailer. Loved sitting around the campfire with him and his family. RIP Kevin
I just wanted to express my condolences to Kevin’s family. I grew up as his neighbour and friend in our younger years. Thoughts and prayers ❤️
I am so sorry to hear of Kevin's passing --- I met him when he was three years old, and he's always been one of my favourite people (even when he and my son were being "inappropriate", which was MOST of the time). I have great memories of watching Kevin grow up, and I will miss him.
My thoughts are with Bob and Laurie, Shannon, Ronalynn, Skylar, and Hannah. --- Marilynn Stratton
We will always have such great memories of Bergen and the infamous margarita weekends. His sombrero held a place of honour on the tree for many years. It was such a pleasure to spend weekends getting to know you all. He was a wonderful husband and father and he will be missed by many. Our deepest sympathies to you all. Jim & Colleen Laye
Condolences to Ronnie, Sky and Hannah to the loss of their husband and father. I never met Kevin but heard many stories from Ronnie. He sounded like a lovely person and I hope you can find peace and know he is always with you. Ronnie feel free to reach out if you need anything! Sending you and the girls lots of love. ❤️❤️
