Obituary of Ronald John Diamond

March 23, 1961 - Kingston, Ontario

July 9, 2022 - Calgary, Alberta

Ronald Diamond of Calgary, AB, passed away on Saturday, July 9, 2022, at the age of 61 years.

Ron was the third child of Ron and Jean Diamond. He had two loves of his life; first Cindy, with whom he had two children Kelsey and Chad. Then Lori where he became stepfather to Amanda, Carrie, and Brett. He was grandfather to Kingston, Beckham, and Jayden.

Ron spent his career in the auto body trade, first on the bench then advanced to insurance appraiser. Outside of work he loved family and friends, bowling, baseball, fishing, camping, travelling, and golf. 

Some people touch our lives only briefly…. Ron will leave a lasting impression and never be forgotten.

He is survived by his sisters Linda, Cathy, Glenda, Janice, and brother Richard; as well as numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews that will cherish his memory.

Ron was predeceased by his dad Ron (2006), mother Jean (2014) and nephew Geoff (2008).

Funeral Services will be held at McInnis & Holloway (Fish Creek, 14441 Bannister Road SE, Calgary, AB) on Friday, July 15, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. Reception to follow in the Hospitality Centre at the Funeral Home.
