Our family has many happy memories of camping together in the early years. CK always brought a fun element to all MNLE gatherings. Our MNLE brotherhood and family will not be the same. He will be missed.

Very sad to here of Chris’s passing. I talked to him on the phone a couple days before his passing, as we were going to get together but I was away in Halifax and I am sad we did not get out. He was a good engineer, and a good friend both at work and outside. Will miss golfing with Chris and just general get togethers for a pint.

My condolences to Paul, Ben, Anne, Janina; on the loss of your father and companion. Chris was my mentor as a junior engineer and taught me many things, and we were very good friends since. I will cherish the many good memories.

My sincerest condolences to Janina and Chris's family.

He was very proud of his kids, daughters in law, son in law and especially his grand children. At our regular lunches at the local pub he would usually pull out his phone and show me pictures of his latest family gatherings. He would lighten up when showing me pictures of his grand children and always had a story or two to share about them.

The end of an era and a big loss to the Mineral Engineering (MNL E) family and I will miss my golf buddy but treasure the memories.
