Condolences
condolences Jody. Henry was a dear friend of might through out high school and several years after. I moved to Saskatoon and started a family. He moved in with us for a short time on his first job at Graham. I lost touch with him after he moved back to Calgary.
I have great memories as teenagers at his grandparents greenhouse. playing hockey, pool, and our trip to BC.
He was a loyal, friend that will be missed. He was one of a kind.

I will always remember Henry. I worked with him at PCL for many years and countless times going for lunch together. He was kind, generous and always giving the best advise to anyone that needed it. He was a good man, true, sincere and very ethical.
My deepest condolences to his family.
His soul rest in peace.

Jodi and Alex,
We offer our deepest condolences from all the staff at Alberta Marble. Henry was a welcomed sight at office. Whenever Henry would come to the office he always had a batch of sausage, jerky, salami, smoked fish, etc he wanted us to try. We were like his testing grounds as he always wanted our honest feedback. His generosity, his laugh and his weekly visits will be missed, but Henry will never be forgotten.
Jody & Alex, you are in my prayers. In our family’s prayers. Through Alex and Liz, we were fortunate enough to meet you, Jody, and Henry. Although we did not get enough time to know him well, we have come to think of you and Henry both as family. We are deeply shocked and saddened at his sudden passing. But we have to trust that God knows what He is doing. And we will forever have fond memories of Henry. And we will always be available to love and support you, Jody, and Alex.
With love from Sarah & Bill McKay and Family.
I had the pleasure of working with Henry at PCL for 9 years, before his retirement. Henry had a gift for listening and was always looking to help people out with whatever they were struggling with. If he was even half as good at being a husband and a father as he was at doing his job, then he will be be hugely missed. My sincerest condolences to Jody, Alexander and extended family.

Kevin and I attended Bowness High school with Henry, and in fact Henry and I go back to Jr. High School days at T.B Riley. Henry and I even took skiing lessons together at Happy Valley. Unfortunately, we only saw each other a few times over the passing years. Kevin remembers spending early morning Physics tutorials with Henry, Dave and Mr. Checkley talking 10% about Physics and the rest hanging out and just being friends. Kevin and I remember visiting the Mew greenhouse (near sunny side greenhouse) many years ago and Henry giving us the nicest spinach we have ever had. He would always give us a tour of the garden and a tutorial on what he was growing, it was evident he loved his garden even then. Our deepest sympathies to Jody, Alexander and the Mew family.

I was heart broken when I heard the news. Henry and I had lost touch with each other over the years but I remember him fondly from our High School years. We had great times as Bowness Trojans. My family recently drove by Okotoks and we chatted about Henry and wondered how he and his family were doing. So very sad. Sending love and prayers to Jodi as she grieves.
Sincere condolences to the Mew family and friends. Henry was a very intelligent and passionate person, I enjoyed working with him very much.
I was so sorry to hear about Henry’s passing. I worked with Henry in the estimating department at PCL for a number of years. He kept me supplied with candied salmon because he knew I loved it. He was kind and generous. He will be missed. My deepest condolences to his family.
I was saddened to hear of Henry's passing and extend my deepest condolences to his family. I will always remember Henry for how incredibly funny he was, and how kind. He would often come into my office and coveted my Ming Aralia plant, teasing that one day I would come to work and it would be missing, and held for ransom. We had many conversations about plants and gardening, which he loved so much. Rest easy, Henry.
My condolences to Henry's family. I remember Henry offering me tips and helping me out when I was young and starting out with PCL, I'll never forget that. Anyone who worked with Henry liked and respected him and that went beyond PCL too.
My condolences to Henry’s family for their loss.
Henry and I worked together on a number of pursuits and projects with PCL. I remember the fun banter we used to have along with the tasty jerky treats he would share with me. I will also remember the many conversations we shared about his hunting, trips to Vegas or an pursuit/ project we were working on.
Henry was a great guy and he will be greatly missed!
