So sorry Mona and family in your loss. Our deepest condolences! He was a great guy and will be missed. Memories of him living two houses from our home in Taber and going to St Mary’s for 12 years. It was good to see Denny and you at our 25th anniversary. So many years ago. Take care and I would love to see you Mona. Our prayers are with you!
So sorry to hear of Denny's passing. Classmates may grow apart but always remain classmates. Our deepest condolences to Mona and family.

I knew Denny from working at Allianz. He was always helpful, kind and professional. My deepest condolences to the family.
I have fond memories of Denny growing up. He gave me my first job, working at Nessman Autobody. I will always remember the patience he had for me, even though I made several mistakes. As a coach and trainer in hockey, he was always willing to help all of us, whether he was taping a stick or taping a sore shoulder. The many hours we spent at the Nessman house growing up, Denny and Mona always made everyone feel welcome. I have not seen Denny in several years but I certainly will never forget his kindness, he will be greatly missed by all of us.
My heart hurts upon hearing the news of Denny’s passing. I had the pleasure of working with this amazing man for many years but he was my friend first and foremost. I will miss our bimonthly phone calls to discuss our gardens, the Flyers and of course his Boston Bruins. My deepest condolences to Monalie and family.

My heart is broken for Monalie and the Nessman family.
Denny was a cherished mentor in my life & my career as well as a true friend. I also worked with Denny at Allianz/ING/Intact where he taught me and numerous others he touched through his career. Denny was always available for a coffee and offering well received advice, and most recently a cherished phone conversation. I will forever miss you Sir. Rest In Peace my friend.
My condolences to the Nessman family. I have known Denny for many years through the collision industry in Calgary. And had the pleasure of working with him when Allianz merged with Intact. Denny was always a positive person to work with and was well respected in both the insurance community and the collision industry. He was a great guy! Rest in peace.
Conrad always looked forward to Denny's phone calls. A true friend who will sadly be missed.
Our deepest sympathy to Denny's wife Mona and whole family.

I worked with Dennis, for many years. Canadian Home/Allianz/ ING/Intact …. Such a gentle soul.
Family was everything to him… My deepest condolences to the entire Nessman clan.
I worked with Denny at Allianz and Intact and shared many laughs with him. My deepest condolences to the Nessman family!
I worked with Denny at Allianz and Intact for many years and am so sorry to hear of his passing. Denny was one in a million; a gentleman through and through. We shared many laughs and stories over the years and I have only fond memories.
My sincere condolences go out to the Nessman family. He will be missed.
Condolences to the Nessman's. Den was the best host always making sure his guests felt comfortable and had a drink in their hand. Sharing stories of his younger days playing hockey. He will be missed.
I will always remember Denny the adult as a big kid - jovial and wisecracking - as the adult assistant coach of several of our minor hockey and baseball teams. Craig F and I hitched a ride with Denny and Chad to a ball tournament and the always smart-Alec Chad thought it would be hilarious to share a bed in the hotel with Craig thereby forcing me to bunk with his father. The next day Denny was joking that I was like sleeping next to a “bloody octopus” and I took it a step too far by replying that he was like sleeping next to a #@*% ing lumberjack - which amused Chad even more. He was the consummate do anything and pitch in with his kids, their peers and their sports (in his pink Finland hockey jersey) and he will be missed.
My condolences to The Nessman families .. I worked with Denny for a number of years as his painter at Nessmans Autobody. He was a kind , friendly, honest man and one of the Best bosses I ever had. He will be missed by many and he touched the hearts of a lot of us. RIP Denny

The Nessman Family: May all the wonderful memories you have of Denny bring you comfort and peace. Our deepest sympathy.
My husband Nico and I have only known Dennis for a short time as a neighbour in Sherwood. Even in his state of ill health he was so friendly and helpful. We, too, enjoyed the vegetables from the garden. The garlic was beyond compare! Sending heartfelt condolences to Mona, Tatum, and all of his friends and family who will miss his benevolent presence in the world.
Monalie and Family,
Our most sincere condolences to all of you during this difficult time. We had many memorable years with Dennis at our family autobody shop. He was always a true gentlemen and became part of our family over the years. I'm glad we had a chance to chat on the phone over the last few months. We were lucky to have met him and he will be missed.

The Nessman Family: So sorry to hear of Denny’s passing. He was such a great guy, a hard worker and a great sportsman. A friend to everyone. He could never sit still for very long, he always had to be doing something. When he worked for us as a salesman he couldn’t stand waiting around, he’d be in with the technicians trying to help and sometimes he knew more than they did. He’ll be missed by many.
Dear Monalie and Family,
We are so sorry to hear of Denny’s passing. We will have only fond memories of him coming to our cabin with vegetables, the paper or just to shoot the breeze, he was always so relaxed at the lake, his sanctuary. He loved talking gardening with my Mum and Dad which was their great love as well. We saw his pride in his family as he gave us all the news of accomplishments, and Tatum we heard his love and respect for your baseball athleticism. He showed us videos of your games which we loved. Friends are hard to come by but Denny was a true friend for all the right reasons, he was interested in everyone, was kind and helpful, just a good soul. We will miss him and will not forget him.
