Condolences
You'll be missed by many, Logan. I always enjoyed our competitive golf games. You didn't like to lose, but you always played fairly. See you for another round someday. Sheilah, our thoughts are with you.

Logan, I was thinking of images I have of you, and realize some of them come from having photographed you at play quite a lot. It is more than just a smile on your face as you boogie board in on a wave you have waited patiently for. (And I remember that by the end of a vacation there was precious little left of the board.) A smile filled with joy at the experience. And a big smile as you danced, listened to the pipes, explored your mother's history at the textile mill in Kirriemuir where she once worked long ago. So now, in the past few months you have gathered up your energy and your life and just shot out of a big wave into heaven. And I hope check-in there goes smoothly, as your patience is not entirely without limits. Logan, over these many years I grew to respect you more than you might know. I think you are at rest, with a big smile, after squeezing an awful lot out of this life, and ready for the next adventure.
Logan was a man of so many attributes. He was a gentleman, meticulous in his dress and his behaviour. If he had been born under different circumstances he would have made a successful engineer, but as it was he became a successful self taught master at almost anything he tackled. He approached everything enthusiastically genrally using the phrase :Lets get after it, and ending after finsihi h with ALL RIGHT.! He never bragged about his work, altho he might have smiled with a satisfied look ! We have so many fond memories of Logan. A few: Watching him boogie board in Hawaii with the fearless attitude of the whole Pacific ocean. He and Sheilah dancing in Lisdoonvarna Ireland. His many conversations with us in his second language "pig latin" and smiling when he knew he had us totally baffled. His love of Scottish pipes, his love of mother, father, kin. His quiet spirituality .His tolerance for those who may have not had the knowledge or skills he had. The intolerance he had for those who mistreated their animals esp his beloved horses. Logan will always be cherished and remembered as a devoted husband to Sheilah, a loving brother to us, a man who was not afraid to tackle anything set in front of him. he is a man to emulate in all aspects. You are missed and loved
Dear Logan…always ready for a good chuckle, a bbq or a big smile. Ken and I had many a laugh about “the little things” over the many years we have known him and dear friend Sheilah. Kathy
Our dinners together were always full of laughs and good fun. Your love of golf and your sound affects describing your shots was memorable. Always brought a smile Logan, you’re a good man. Ken

Dear Sheilah and family, I first met Logan at a Christmas party for the unit at Foothills many years ago.He was very personable and a lot of fun.
He put his repair mans skills to work for me in fixing my favourite rocking chair a couple of years later-I still thank him every time I sit in it.
I pray God's comfort for you in the coming days. May all the happy memories help ease the loss of such a dear man.
Love, Karen Hall
