Condolences
To the McKay family,
Our deepest condolences on the passing of your mom, Erma. We just now found out that she recently passed. Also, our belated condolences in the passing of your dad, Stu. As a former Belmont, MB residence, I have many special memories of times spent with your parents both in Belmont as well as our visits to their home in ‘Calgary, AB. I used to ride around Belmont with your dad in his big truck in our younger days and we spend many hours visiting and doing the small town activities together . My dad, Roy Harrison’s home was across the alley from your dad’s home in Belmont. May the many wonderful memories you have of your parents sustain you through these difficult times.
Sincerely,
Keith and Elizabeth Harrison
It was very sad to hear about Erma’s passing. My condolences go out to all the family.
I met Erma when she was a member of the Renfrew 50+ Club. She was a Board of Director for numerous years. She also was part of the team to make the regular Thursday lunches. She did not hesitate to volunteer for the many events held at the Club.
Erma and Stu came on many trips with us and attended all the fun events. A group of ladies got together for lunches long after the Club closed. Erma had great stories and a memorable laugh. She was very proud of her family and I was privileged to have met some of them.
Erma will be sorely missed.
