Deborah, Lynda and family my deepest sympathies. I met your dad and had a great chat with him in August 2019. At the time he and my dad were both residing at the Cove. He walked daily back and forth outside. I hope all the memories you have will bring you comfort in the days ahead. So glad he relicated to be close to you folks.
Deborah, Lynda and family,
Both Jane and I were saddened to hear about Stan's death. Just last week I mentioned to Jane that I was wondering how Stan was doing as we were getting ready to to go to the Remembrance Service in Sydney . Stan and I always were together as we led the parade with the Branch 12 Colour Party flags. Stan and Jennie were great after school sitters for Leanne and Blair for many years. Both Leanne and Blair were saddened to hear of Stan's death and send their condolences along with Jane and I to your family.
Thoughts and prayers go to the family .

What a fitting tribute to such a wonderful man. I worked side by side with Stan for most of my 29 years I spent at Sydney Steel and as a young guy that knew nothing of survey work he took me under his wing and on we went and worked on many jobs together to the point that I could run my own crew . Stan was not only a teacher but he and I became a close friends . He would confide to me many things that he would not share with others . I met his wonderful wife Jennie and his daughers Lynda and Deborah and he would share what was going on with them . It was not always work with Stan he loved to pull of a prank and have us all have a good laugh . May He Rest Peace .
Sorry to read of your Dad’s passing.I also worked at the Sydney Steel for many years.May the fond memories you hold deep within your heart help you through this most difficult time.

Im so sorry to hear of the passing of my buddy, Stan.
We became very close when Jennie and Stan were moving out their beautiful house on Carleton Dr.
I remember one time, when I was taking care of their house, I asked Stan if there were any dogs in the area I should know about. Well he told me about his neighbors dog. I asked what was his name. Being the prankster he was, told me the dog's name was, ONE BITE. Well I almost sh#t. Well I bet he had a good laugh at my expression on my face. You were one of a kind Stan. You're going to be missed by many, especially me❤
