We are saddened to hear of Rudy's passing. Our deepest condolences to all the family. Our father, John, and Rudy were cousins from Oberndorf and the family sponsored him to come to Canada. We fondly remember many family gatherings in the early years and enjoyed seeing and visiting with him when he performed in the Choir.

We met Rudy and Trudy in 1966 when we moved to Calgary. Best friends ever. Rudy introduced us to the German/Canadian Club where we spent many happy hours together along with Rudy’s and Trudy’s friends

We haven’t seen Rudy much these past few years due to my health and Covid but we have many wonderful memories of the great times our families spent together
