I remember Jerry from 1983 era when I was quite young and had moved to Calgary, and I was lucky enough to rent my very first apartment in a building owned/run by Jerry. He made an impression on me all those years ago because he was friendly, kind and a pleasure to run into whenever our paths crossed. He was always upbeat. Condolences to his family on the loss of a lovely man. Rest easy, Mr. Dubinsky.

So very sad to hear of Jerry's passing. Throughout my life I've met a few people who stood out in a very special way. Jerry was one of those people. I am very fortunate to have known him. To Faith and the rest of the family and friends - I know you were blessed to have Jerry in your lives.

I am deeply sorry to hear of the passing of Gerald. I only had the opportunity to meet him the one time this summer as the family gathered to celebrate his birthday singing and embracing each other.
