Condolences
RIP Tim. I have loads of memories of you and think of you often. You were the first to show me how to use the internet and we shared many a laugh at family functions. I had not seen you in a long while but you will be missed and I was always proud to call you my friend.

We were also very surprised and saddened to read of Tim's passing. He was such a nice happy gentleman, always a smile on his face and a pleasant word for everyone. We will miss him very much as the season opens and he is not there to greet us.
Our condolences to his family for the loss of such a wonderful and kind family member.
As I read all the messages from Tim’s friends and family, they remind me of the traits I was drawn to when Tim and I became friends so so many years ago. And of course those were also the traits that brought us to getting married. Tim always made people laugh and feel good about themselves. He had a very kind heart and there was no task or favour he wouldn’t do for anyone. Tim lived a great life through all of his ups and downs. He died knowing that we will always love him and remember him and tell story after story for years to come.
Tim, you were the happiest person at Willow Park. You will be missed. Rest in peace.

I was shocked and saddened to hear the news of Tim's passing. I had got to know him well over the years at Willow Park - we shared stories of our former lives as well as our experiences in dealing with Diabetes. I was amazed at how Tim took control of his diabetes and became fit and healthier over the last few years. Whenever I showed up to play at Willow and Tim was working we would joke around about the young kids in the back shop and have a discussion about something that was happening in the world. .I will miss "my brother from another mother" as he and I would jokingly introduce each other to acquaintances. Rest in Peace , Tim!
Shirley and I were very sorry to hear about Tim’s death. So surprising since we had just said goodbye to him a few weeks ago when the golf season was ending.
Tim never failed to greet us with warmth and enthusiasm. He was a thoughtful and engaging gentleman. He was a master at anticipating your every need and taking action to make you feel special. Nothing was too much trouble to ask.
We will miss Tim greatly at Willow – his presence, his enthusiasm and his obvious enjoyment of our relationships.

Tim was a client of mine going back several years. We became good friends arranging shipments from Calgary to global destinations. We once moved 78 compressors from Calgary and Casper,Wy to Queensland Australia. We loaded the AN225 as well destined to Nigeria.
Most of my golf over the last few years has centered around my grandchildren. A day we were at Willow Park my oldest granddaughter lost her heart shaped ball marker. She was very sad and there was Tim who miraculously came up with a new "birdie" ball marker for her. In a world that is sometimes cruel, Tim's kindness always shined.
The principal at Sandy Hook, Dale Hochsprung's favorite saying was "Be kind. It's all that really matters." Tim had that down pat!
May truly kind people inspire us to be better, do better everyday. Thank you Tim for your inspiration. I am going to miss you.
I have always appreciated what a thoughtful individual Tim was and the many ways he exemplified some of the best qualities humans should have. For those reading this that I don't know - I have a physical disability which makes it difficult to walk any distance so to golf Willow Park I required a power cart and a handicap flag. Shortly after he arrived at Willow Tim (without being asked to) began loading a cart with my clubs and a flag and left it out in the parking lot close to where I parked so I wouldn't have to walk out to the pro shop. He did it every time he saw my name on the tee sheet.
In 2019 my wife and I emigrated to Arizona just before COVID hit. The pandemic prevented us from returning to Calgary for a visit until the summer of 2022 - three years after our last season at Willow Park. As I pulled into the parking lot ready to golf with old friends imagine my surprise - there beside the bag drop was the power cart with the handicap flag just as it would have been three years earlier. That was the kind of man Tim was - kind , considerate and a real asset to the club.
I will always remember you my friend - you were special.

Such a nice person. Last year was my first year at Willow and he helped me find my way around. Thanx Tim. Rest in Peace
To the extended family, friends and coworkers of Timothy , please accept our sincerest of condolences on your tragic loss.
When we started working at Willow Park, Tim was the first person we met at the Back Shop. We felt very much welcomed and he left us with the impression of how he truly enjoyed himself there.
As we would begin our workday each morning, with the sun barely rising above the willow trees, there would be Tim marshalling the carts and diligently getting the member's clubs out for their round. Tim would greet us with the most genuine of smiles and ask about our day and we would spend a few minutes talking about how busy it would be and any upcoming tournaments.
Tim excelled at providing outstanding service to the membership and he will be forever missed by his family, friends, coworkers and members of Willow Park Golf Course & Country Club.
