Jen Geary (Linda's friend of twenty-four years). Linda and Brians and aspirations. You have a fantastic sister, and she can be an immense support. Your father, Ted McKay, can live on through your memories, dreams and aspirations.
Linda and Brian - my deepest condolences on the loss of your father. A great neighbour, back through the 70’s, and a great friend to my late father. - David Bellows | Victoria, BC
Sincere condolences, my prayers are with you all during this difficult time.
On behalf of my wife Joanne and my five children, we offer our deepest sympathies to Linda and Brian and families on the passing of my dear uncle. Ted was my late father's only sibling who looked up to Don, five years his senior, and missed him greatly in the 20 years since his passing on Remembrance Day, 2002. As the last of my older blood relatives, I loved spending time with Ted and did my best to spend time with him at least annually and even managed to see him during the pandemic in August 2021 and again for his birthday 7 months ago. What a treat it was for me to recall memories from his childhood, to walk with him, play piano for him or watch a Roughriders or Flames game on tv together. I'll sure miss this precious time with him but will treasure photos taken and recollections of same.
Many thanks to Brian and Linda for always helping facilitate and optimize my visits from Ottawa. God bless you both and your families as you cope with your great loss.
Eric and the McKay family (Ottawa)
