I’m devastated to find this. Me and my 3 siblings were her neighbours from 08 to about 2016. She was the nicest lady ever. She would always have us over to help her garden or bake or watch movies. She treated us as if we were her own kids with care and love. My family doesn’t celebrate birthdays or holidays but she always remembered and gave us gifts on different occasions. In 2016 we moved away and we stayed in contact until just before lockdown in early 2020. We would see her at Safeway where she worked or we’d call her. She asked us to never forget her and to come visit when we grew up. I’m heartbroken to say that we will never get to see her again and I can’t believe we missed her funeral. I wish I had stayed in contact with her. The last time I saw her me and one of my brothers had biked to her house and we did some gardening and then we painted something. Since we were on bikes she told us she’ll hold onto the paintings and we could get them another time, unfortunately there won’t be another time.

Searching for her last night I found this which completely broke me, although I won’t see her again. Aunty Judy, we will never forget you.

I had the honor of meeting Judy with her visits with Jo at boston pizza. She was one of the sweetest most loving women I ever got to serve. At variegated she woukd always have my daughter at the booth with her so I could have sometime and get a drink. Always asked me about my daughter Invited me to Mexico and to go dancing. She was a true beautiful soul. My condolences to the family and everyone she has touched. My love to you all may she rest in peace❤️
