Condolences
Audrey was a genuinely lovely, loving person who embraced you with her smile.
Audrey's greatest joy was all of you, her dear family. We know from conversations over the years that Audrey had a unique and special bond with each one of you.
We are grateful for the lasting friendship between the Burwashs and Wards started at the Great West Saddlery back in Winnipeg.
Memories keep our loved ones with us.
Love,
Marilyn, Cam, Lorraine and families
My earliest memories of Audrey and all the Burwash family was at their home in south Calgary and also at Adams lake where we had great fun sliding down the wooden material ramp, swimming in the ice cold water or just sitting around listening to stories.
Later in my life i was priveledged to be able to stay in touch with Audrey in both Rocky Mountain house where her door was always open for a chat and some tea, or visiting with her in Red Deer when she moved there later in life.
Audrey always had an open heart, warm smile and zest for life that was both welcoming and endearing.
I will miss her a lot.
God bless Audrey, and say hi to Don!

Audrey Burwash was a friend for many years. We first met at the Christian Science Church in Calgary, where we were both members for many years. I remember her graciousness, specially when invited to lunch at her apartment in SW Calgary.
She was a GOOD cook, and made it a special event to be there. She was happy, and made a guest feel happy.. Audrey had an artistic touch, long before taking up watercolour painting. Her apartment was a pleasure to see -- with many pictures.
Such a pleasure to know her. To all her family, you will have a wealth of beautiful memories to share with each other.
My mother used to say "We are as close as our thoughts!" It is true..... any time I think of her and my Dad, it is like they are right here. You will find it the same with Audrey. Wishing you all blessings of peace and love,
Joy Hinman
