Obituary of Theodora M. HOLBROOK

Theodora M Holbrook- ("Leslie M Jackson") passed away on Wednesday, December 21st, 2011 after a long illness. She is survived by her two daughters Shannon Royster of Alaska and Cheryle Smith of Vancouver BC; grandchildren Michael, Erin, Jamie, Becky, Danny; and seven great- grandchildren. Her extensive career included her work at the radio stations CFAC and CKXL, and in television as a writer and broadcaster. She was Dean of Women at Fairview Collage. She graduated at University of Alberta in 1975 where she received her B.ED. She taught under her name of Leslie Jackson. Her passion was writing and was a published Author until her passing. She will be eternally missed by her family and good friends and is finally at peace. Love you mom. Funeral Mass was celebrated at Holy Spirit Catholic Church (10827 24th St. SW) on Tuesday, December 27, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. Graveside Service followed at Queen's Park Cemetery.
