My condolences to you Cheryl, my sweetheart of a daughter in law - and all your brothers, children and grandchildren, on the loss of a beloved mother, grandma and great grandma. She fought a good fight 3 yrs ago to live longer and won the battle - a very strong lady. Now she has closed her eyes and gone to sleep peacefully - God bless her and all the family. I'm glad to have had her company, along with Ted, Andy and Cheryl at Christmas time a few years ago and the many laughs we had together. Good memories are what live on forever. My love to you all, Betty.
There are some things that never ever leave us. A Mothers Love is one of them. She will be with us in our Hearts Forever. I Love you mom and miss you so much!!
Dear Robuck family and Reginald, It is with both sadness and fond remembrances that we read today's obituary for your mother/sister. It takes Mom back to the days at the Wales (swanky) Hotel in their green uniforms as elevator operators. The fun, the people and the good job, Mom said your Grandma had the tough job in the hotel laundry. Mom and Dad's wedding with Bert at her side. The many years beyond with the fun, trials and tribulations of work, kids, and family. In my younger years I remember coming home from school many a day to the site of our mothers with bandanas on their heads, feet up, on the matching chairs and ottoman sharing a "we earned it" cocktail and having the big laughs over shared experiences and friends. I believe us kids were also the fuel for many a giggle. I remember thinking in my childhood eye rolling wisdom "cleaning projects just cannot be that much fun". The years pass and the world shrinks, closer to home and the many generations of family that our mothers are blessed with. Despite all that, on a day like today the remembrances, stories and laughs my mother conveys reminds us all of the extent of their life beyond the family and the fond times that keep them smiling and alive in one another's heart and minds. May your memories of fun and laughter give you comfort. The Tetrault family
