Obituary of Mona Alberta 'Bert' McKELLAR

McKELLAR Alberta Bert June 8, 1930 September 8, 2011 It is with heartfelt sadness that we say goodbye to our mother, wife, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister, Alberta McKellar, who passed away peacefully at her home, at the age of 81 years. Alberta enjoyed watching the Calgary Flames on her TV with her Boston terrier Brandy. She also enjoyed playing bingo and a good game of cribbage. Along with her husband Duncan, Alberta will be greatly missed by her brother Reginald Warnock, her six children: Rick, Dan (Brenda), Ed, Cheryl (Andy), Patrick (Michele) and Steve; grandchildren: Cristyne (Jon), Stevie Gup (Jen), Melissa, Brett, Cory, Sydney, Reese and her great-grandchildren, Thomas, Chloe and Aniyah. So precious are the memories. Honouring Albertas wishes, a private family Celebration will be held at Queens Park Cemetery.
