Obituary of Margot Kim Knutson

Kim, beloved wife of George Gentleman of Calgary, AB, passed away on Monday, September 2, 2019 at the age of 63 years. Kim Knutson was born and raised in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan on May 29, 1956. Kim was gentle, soft spoken, kind, beautiful, generous, funny and creative and loved to laugh. Kim went to Bedford Road Collegiate and University of Alberta. She married the love of her life George Gentleman in 1990 and they have been inseparable ever since. Her dog Nina was a close 2nd. She was a tireless worker who played a very significant role in the development of companies providing supports for the developmentally disabled and brain injured in Calgary. She greatly enjoyed working with so many of her colleagues. Kim loved to travel , cook, collect art, play Lego, decorate, garden, arrange flowers and find the most creative and thoughtful gifts for her family and friends. What Kim appreciated the most were the simple daily pleasures like going for long walks with George and Nina. She leaves behind her husband George Gentleman; mother Violet Knutson; sisters, Keela, Twyla, Tannis (Steve) and Ardice (Bryan) as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
