Obituary of Zeger Jansen

February 22, 2023 - Calgary, Alberta
It is with heavy hearts that the family of Zeger Jansen announces his passing on Wednesday, February 22, just 36 days short of his 101st birthday.
Zeger was predeceased by Wilhelmina, his loving wife of 64 years, his parents Anthonius and Adriana, and his three sisters and three brothers.
He is survived by his son John (Kay Diamond), daughter Joanne, grandchild Jessa and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family wishes to extend heartfelt thanks to our family physician Dr. Kunneman and staff, as well as the compassionate and skilled staff of the Providence Care Centre.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church (5340 – 4th Street S.W., Calgary, AB) on Friday March 3 at 11:00 a.m.
