I am so so sad to hear.

I will forever be grateful and appreciative of our friendship, Shannon's wonderful advice and kindness. May you rest with the angels dearest.

My favourite memories with Aunt Shannon always involved a family gathering. Whether it be Christmas, a birthday, or just having the family over, she’d welcome me with the biggest hug and a ‘I’ve missed you Starshine’ whispered in my ear. Shannon was a dear neighbour to us and she will be missed. She had such a charm and reached out to me when I was going through troubled times. I will never forget that and I am greatly saddened to say goodbye.

I knew Shannon for many years as she visited my work place. She was always a delight and knew how to put a smile on my face. She had a kind heart and always had a story to tell me. We recently got reunited after not being in touch for a few years and it was like we never fell out of touch. I am sure she is in telling stories and just bringing that warm presence to the heavens above. She will be missed.

Oh, the stories Shannon could tell! She had a way with words and made me feel like a superhero! I will absolutely miss her hugs the most!
