Mr. Brown, Dean and Loren. What a terrible loss this is for your family. From a short distance across Lake Bonavista I have felt your pain and sadness since I heard this news. Over the last week I have reflected on fond childhood memories I’ve had of sharing your home, rides home from school in the old Pinto or Impala, and Mrs. Brown’s delicious baking that I enjoyed in your kitchen and shared with me at school. Loren, you are my brother and know that I have felt the tremendous weight you have been carrying this past week. My heart truly breaks for you and your family. But I am thankful for the wonderful legacy she has left - 2 wonderful sons, beautiful grandchildren, a loving husband, and to me, the mother of one of the best and loyal friends a guy could ask for.
