George,
Our deepest condolences to the entire family.
Its quite evident that she was an amazing soul and will be a great loss to the family.
May you all cherish the wonderful memories shared together in your hearts forever.
Our Love, Romina, Dimitrius + Dante xoxo
You became part of my family when I met Donnie & Dianna so many years ago. My daughter even called you Tata (grandma) an honour to have been blessed by your kindness, humour and love. I'll miss your "how you doing honey?" You always took an interest in all you met. Xox
Sincere blessings to all of Laura's families. She could light up a room with her presence, and her pure and beautiful heart.
Sadly missed by all.

I had the delightful honour of working with Laura at Woolco/Walmart for over 30 years. She was unfailingly positive and smiling and her Friday soup special, that she made with her special secret recipe of herbs and spices plus the week’s leftovers, had customers lining up at the Red Grille! Whenever there was a pot-luck or an occasion where an oven was needed to cook a ham or turkey you could count on Laura. She brought a sense of joy to everything she did. I fondly remember trying many of her Lebanese family recipes (such as a Tabbouleh with Bulgar wheat and parsley) and sharing afternoons filled with talk and tea at her duplex. She often returned to the store to say, “Hi” long after she had retired. She was proud of her heritage, her cooking, and most of all, her family and as part of her Woolco/Walmart family, I am blessed to have known her.
Deepest condolences,

Laura was a great lady, and I remember meeting her on several occasions over the years. She was friendly and full of life, a wonderful Mom and Grandmother.

To Dianna, David, Donny and families:
We are so sorry for the loss of your beloved Mom, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother. We have known Laura for over 36 years. She was like a second mom to me for many years. She loved our daughter like one of her own grandchildren and loved to babysit her when we went out to Jubilations over the years. You are no longer in pain and with your beloved Mike and Amanda now. We love you and will miss you dearly. ❤️

I’m so sorry for your loss David, Donny & Dianna. Laura has been a steady presence in my life from the time I could remember.
There is one story that I remember of visiting your house on 43 st (?) when I was quit young and your Mom getting me to put her hair in pincurls. I could barely reach the top of her head. But she liked my work and said she would hire me any time.
She will be missed. May she rest in pease.
What a tragic loss for our family! My mother was the most amazing, kind , loving woman that II ever had the pleasure of meeting.
She love us with all her heart and tried to give us what she could afford, she was so kind to all of family and friends and very generous giving to several characters. I miss her so much, but I’m also joyous for hurt being out of pain and going to the Lord. May she Rest In Peace. I ‘ll love you forever a I’m so grateful that you’re my mother. Love you to eternity
