Celebration of Life
Condolences
To Bonnie and family, it was my special privilege to know Lorne, and to call him friend, and colleague. It was such an honour to have had him part of a file which took him to Shanghai, and to see China as guests. We have lost a very significant mentor, sage advisor, and a true leader. We offer our prayers of peace and comfort to Bonnie, and family. May God's grace embrace you all at this difficult time. Lorne's legacy and countless accomplishments shall bring you pride, and joy in days to come.
Rest in peace, Lorne.
Heartfelt condolences, and sympathies, JSD Kong, KC
Condoollences to Bonnie and the family. We will miss an outstanding man and friend!
Dear Bonnie and family:
I was sick when I learned of Lorne's passing. He was a wonderful person with whom I spent many hours over the last 35 years in our various golf course and real estate deals. I will miss him a lot.
On behalf of both Sue and myself, we wish you all of our best wishes and sympathy in your time of loss.
Sincerely,
Bob Iverach
We met Lorne on the shores of Los Muertos Beach, Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Always a gentleman, true friend who loved a good time and who was kind and gracious with everyone he met. We always regretted that Bonnie and Lorne lived many kilometres from us, because we would have enjoyed spending more time with them.
Returning to Puerto Vallarta without Lorne’s presence is going to be very sad for us.
Our deep sadness and sympathy to Bonnie, Lorne’s children and grandchildren. A huge loss to so many in Lorne’s family, circle of friends, and the Calgary community.
Lorne and my husband, Bob, were both born on the same day, same year but in different parts of Canada. They always teased that they were “brothers from another mother”. Rest in Peace, “brother”.
