My deepest condolences to Glenna, Dylan and MacKenzie. I was so deeply saddened to hear of Chris’ passing. I first met Chris back in 1992 when he was a kitchen manager and over the last 30-years I have had the pleasure of dealing with Chris throughout his career in the restaurant industry. I truly enjoyed my many interactions with Chris, and I have fond memories of our countless meetings and social events. I will always remember his big smile and he will be missed.
Was there anything like seeing his gigantic, jovial smile walking into the restaurant? Not al all. It was always a pleasure seeing him and picking his brain about business.
