Condolence to the Family from all members of the Edmonton Branch of the PPCLI Association. gone way to young. Once A patricia Always A Patricia. At the going down of the sun and in the morning we will remember him. May he Rest in Peace VP.
I first met Nathan in my section on my BMQ. We then went to Wainwright, AB to complete our infantry DP1. He was quiet but you could always count on him to have your back and was always there when you needed him. We were sent to regiments on different sides of Canada, but there is a certain camaraderie formed when you go through 7 months of hardship and stress together. It breaks my heart to hear that a fellow soldier and friend has passed away. Condolences to the Rose family.
I knew Nathan when my son played soccer in Orangeville for the Orangeville Storm Rep team. He was a quiet child who worked hard and he was a good teammate. Chad spoke so proudly when talking about Nathan, his wife and children and his military career. My deepest condolences to his wife and little girls, Chad and Sherri, Nik, Ryan, Faith and Matthew. My prayers are with you and I’m so sorry.
My deepest sympathy to Nathan’s immediate family; especially his wife and 2 daughters; Chad and Sherri, his siblings, Berkeley and Daisy Rose; and my daughter in law, Melanie Rose-Clarke and her 2 kids Jasmine and Xavier; and her husband Dane, I share your grief and I know how much you are all hurting.
I met Nathan as a little boy, when his aunt Melanie joined my family. He was always a very nice child who grew up to be a great young man. May his family rest with these words - “To live in the hearts of those who love you is not to die.”
May Nathan’s soul rest in Eternal Peace.

Nathan was a lovely human being. I had the pleasure of teaching him at St.Peter school in Orangeville Ontario. He later became my co-op student when he was in high-school. He wanted to be a soldier and then become a police officer. He was a moral young man and was prepared to work for his goals. He stood by his convictions. He loved his wife and little girls. I loved Nathan and my heart breaks for everyone. Rest well my friend. You will be missed
