Dear Claire and Kathy

I just want to let you know how much I cared for your mother. She was such a dear person. She was such good company that people were naturally drawn to her. Del was so generous always inviting people to her home and making them feel so welcome. We had so many happy times over the years especially with Joe and Al. We loved going out for lunches and dinners, playing cards and travelling together.

I will miss her.

Del, how do we say farewell, but we must. You are going to be sadly missed by us widows. Our dinners will not be the same without you - who is going to start our toast for us. CHEERS DEAR DEL! I would like to thank you for opening your door so graciously for numerous parties especially your 80TH. That was a party! Also all the times we gathered after our dinners for wine, coffee, tea and goodies. We always loved and enjoyed them. My deepest sympathy to Del’s family especially Claire and Kathy. Keep your mother’s memories in your heart and she will always be with you. Del, till we meet again! Goodbye!
