Condolences
Oh gosh- how devastating. I found out today (Dec.22) that Marlene has passed….I feel so very sad that I missed her celebration of life- if I had only known. Marlene worked at the same doctors office as my mom and I quickly was drawn to her unique sense of humour and warm personality. Marlene was one of the kindest and compassionate people- especially when my mom passed away. Through the years we kept in contact- having the occasional phone call and then turning to emailing when things got harder for her. I sent her Christmas cards every year with an update of how my family was doing. She would always email after she got her card- and this year I never heard back from her. When I tried emailing- it bonked the address and then I tried to call her and the number was no longer in service. I would have loved one more get together- at the danish club- to hear her laughter again and watch her flirt with my hubby. Say hi to my mom for me. You were an incredible friend and are deeply missed. Xox Stephanie, Paul and the boys (the Lynn Clan)
