Condolences
It is with a bit of shock, that I discovered my parents neighbour and friend of over 50 years has joined them. I am sure Tom and my father, Lex have gotten together again, making wine in a new garage. Growing up next doors to the Bell’s, there was always something happening. My mother, Meta would reminisce about how she learned of the Tom’s initials one day, not long after we moved in next door in 1971. She called me using my initial “T.K. get out of the garden,” but it was Tom Bell who replied, “OK Mom” in that unique joking voice. Tom will always be remembered by my entire family as the caring neighbour who helped our parents even after my sisters and I had left home. To Marge, Kelly, Kevin, Kari, and the entire Bell family, I wish to extend my personal and family’s condolences. You will be missed TK.

Our deepest sympathies to Marge & Family. Out thoughts and prayers are with you. We always enjoyed visiting with Tom after church at Okotoks United Curch. Especially discussing his expertise on coins.
Our heartfelt condolences to Marg and the Bell family for your loss. We know Tom will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Remembering all the good times we had with him.
Our sincere condolences to the entire Bell family and close friends for your loss. As a firefighter at my first assigned station, I had the privilege of working with Tom. He had way of making me feel at ease when I felt unsure, as I know he did with many new firefighters. I worked with him later throughout my career and he was always the same old guy. Great sense of humor and willing to give sound advise. We'll miss you TK, rest in peace.
My heartfelt condolences to his family. My family and I had to pleasure of knowing Tom - “Mr. Bell” - as a neighbour, our baseball coach (fond memories), and Dad to my dear childhood friend Kari. He was a warm, fun loving man. Warm wishes to his family.
My heartfelt condolences, Tom was a great guy, one of the good ones that's for sure! RIP Tom, Wayne

TK was my favorite baseball player on the CFD and a great fire fighter and mentor to others--RIP Tom!
"MR" TK Bell was always a giving person TK has helped many of us who were priviledged to were a
CFD uniform. He always supported us with his wisdom and understanding and forgivness. MR. TK Bell was
always a mentor for me and a man who I have the greartest respect for. Every "Pensioners Banquet" TK was one
of the first men that I would seek out to shake his hand and hug. To Marge and the Bell family my deepest
respect and condolances. Joe Turuk

Our family thought the world of Tom and always loved every chance we could get together to visit. He and Marge have always been so wonderful to us, treating us like family. Tom was a classy guy with a smile and demeanor that would light up a room, and he loved to have a good laugh. He would still laugh, even if my jokes weren’t that funny. He was a great guy who showed respect, dignity, kindness, and interest in the people around him. Tom was a fantastic husband, father, brother, grandfather, and friend. His testament to being a firefighter for decades reflects his legacy and character, having the courage and strength to give back and help others in his community.
We were all saddened to hear the news of Tom’s passing; he will be missed—our sincere condolences to Marge and the entire family.
Rest in peace, my friend.

My condolences to the Bell family. Mr. Bell was always one of the " cool" Dads to be around as I was best friends growing up with Kevin. My father always spoke fondly of " TK" as they worked together for years with the CFD. He also helped me with my chosen career by giving me a glowing character reference. As you say Fran ... he was one of the good guys.
Aww, Mr Bell!
Im eternally grateful for your unwavering support while I played hockey growing up, and your flattering job reference for me many years later…Despite some hiccups, it all worked out okay, Mr Bell, but I’m sure you know that now. You were one of my favourite people & I always held you in the highest esteem. My deepest condolences to Marge & family (Kevin & Kelly whom I knew so many years ago). You’ll be on my mind in the coming weeks as I quietly contemplate those wonderful memories of days gone by.
Broken hearted to see you go, but we know that you were suffering and God needed you more; will miss you forever but my memories will be there to pull out when I need a Tommy hug. You were my rock for so many years and I never wanted to disappoint you, I hope you went to rest knowing that Big Brother. You were a true gentleman and a friend to do many.
R.I.P. and I know Mom and Dad are by your side, gives me comfort love ya
