Condolences
My Aunt Agnes was a very special lady.
Both my children, Louise and Thomas, loved her very much.
Agnes was full of fun and my children loved being with her,
There was usually ice cream involved too.
Agnes is already sorely missed and will continue in our memories for ever.
I have so many memories of Agnes.
She sang in the church choir, she hosted many delightful lunches.
Played a competitive game of dominos! :)
Always quick witted and.... her laugh...:)
Agnes was a very Dear friend, who I met when I started work with Bank of Montreal about 40 years ago. We spent numerous lunch hours at the Easton’s dept. store shopping for knitting wool and clothes that we probably didn’t need. She trained me at my job and also how to shop a good sale. We never really lost touch, she made sure of that. Had many joyful visits over the years. She was a very special person in my life.
Agnes was a special person to our family. She always had a quick smile and a joke and we enjoyed spending time with her. She loved her purses and sweaters and shared a love of shopping with my mom. She was like an extra aunt or grandma to us all. One of my favourite memories was the tea party we had for her birthday. So many laughs. Agnes, we will miss you. I hope you and mom are enjoying some tea and laughs together xoxo. The Huizingas and McLauchlins/Clements.
Aunty Agnes was greatly loved by our family and we spent some lovely times together. Always ready for a giggle and happy to ply us with the brightest shade of blue bubblegum ice cream when mum and dad weren’t around! Love you so much Agnes, rest in peace. Louise Eva and Bridie xxx
