Aunt Marjorie lived such a full and active life. I celebrate her spirit, so strong through difficult times. My favourite memory of her is when my sister, Ruth, and I stayed with her and Uncle Eldred while my parents went to Expo 67 in Montreal. Aunt Marjorie was a bit shocked and disappointed that I had no specific pattern for a tea set. She started me off with a few pieces in Lavander Rose. Now my niece has the tea set, although I kept a couple of serving plates and still use them when friends come for tea.
