Condolences
My and my family's deepest condolences to the Knights and Pocock family. I remember growing up across the street from Marg and the Knights clan, a better more caring neighbour we could not have ever asked for. Marg will be missed by all who knew her, my prayers are with you all in mind.

Sylvie and I are most saddened by Marg’s passing. We had the pleasure of working with Marg at Scarlett. Our deepest condolences to her family and friends. We are sending Marg prayers that she is now in a good place. May she rest in peace.
Teaching with Marg was wonderful.
I enjoyed every day that we shared at EP Scarlett.
Her smile, and warm thoughts for all students enhanced the treasured school days that have lead us all on a wonderful sharing path of life.
Patti and I are sharing a warm thought for Marg and all her family.
Sincerely,
Shaun Coburn and Patti Coburn
Marg and I worked together at Scarlett from 2005 until she retired. I had the honour of learning from her as she was a mentor to me and was certainly a master teacher. She created amazing materials and taught me what YouTube was. I will never forget that I wanted to type in ‘utube’ into the browser and we had a great laugh as she gently showed me the way. She was like the mother to the younger more naive staff members like myself. Years later, Marg’s former coworkers still use the materials she created. More importantly she was an absolute joy to work with. She had an amazing sense of humour and an incredible outlook on life. She was also very generous. When her dog passed away she was heartbroken and yet gave me all his food and treats which my late puppy Pewe appreciated. Marg was an excellent host and baker and hosted many department get togethers in her home. We would also finish the goodies she brought to 126 in no time! Finally, Marg had an incredible and long lasting effect on the thousands of students that she taught. Lindsay, Rod my heart is broken for you and your entire family, all my love, Lea Marinelli

Rod, I'm so sorry to hear that Marg has passed, my deepest sympathy to you and your families.
For those lucky enough to be on Marg and Rod’s Christmas list the arrival of their annual Christmas letter was a highlight. No dry recitation of activities there - it always delivered laughs and interest. It was a letter to be enjoyed and re-read. What were those Pocock’s up to now? In may ways those delightful letters showcased what Marg was all about. Her love and joy in her family, her commitment to maintaining friendships, her intelligence, her humour, her kindness. Marg was an exceptional teacher and an even better person. Right now it is impossible to to get beyond grief but, eventually, just as her family so generously asked us all to do, we will. Because you can’t remember Marg without remembering a life, although too short, which was so well lived. Thank you, Marg. Love you.
Love you the best Marg! Condolences to every family member! You will be missed and always loved! I will miss you so much! Xo I love you!
