Condolences
To a very special lady who was always full of life. She was proud of her children and grandchildren and spoke of them often. We always enjoyed visiting her when she lived on the Sunshine Coast, we would spend many weekends with her and go for walks, help around the house or go into town. Such happy memories!!! Now she is with her one true love Papa!!
RIP Granny, you are very much missed!!
I don't have many memories of Granny, but the ones I do have are of a bright and vibrant woman with a passion for life and a love of family. I remember the way she lit up blowing bubbles with my young niece, who was about 2 years old at the time. The two of them giggled together as the bubbles floated around their heads. Four years ago she came to my baby shower for my newborn son, Ethan. We played a game throughout the day where we all wore tiny clothespins on our shirts, and if we said the word "baby" someone could snatch them from you. This game required a bit of speed, which I really didn't expect from my 88 year old grandmother. Not only was she speedy, but damn was she sneaky! GG was always a pleasure to be around, and she will be missed greatly!
