I never got to meet Donna, but I did get to find out who she was & see photos of what she looked like online, which was all I ever wanted growing up, thus ending my curiosity. May she rest in peace.

We are so sad to hear of Donna’s passing. She was always at Mission 7 on Saturdays and would often bring her soup or chili to share. She enjoyed helping those less privileged. She always had a smile for me and a story to tell. We had fun at her 90th birthday party on the street, where she received a cake and we took pictures of her with a birthday hat. I will miss you Donna, from Claudette a volunteer of Mission 7 .

I am saddened to hear about Donna’s passing. My heartfelt condolences to her friends and family.

I have had the privilege to meet Donna on a number of occasions over the years, and have always appreciated her ability to care for other people. The world has truly lost a wonderful individual.

To those whose lives, she impacted most, I want you to know that you were truly blessed to have known her. Cherish her in your heart, and I know she’s looking down on you from above.
