Dave was a truly rare warm and caring person, always in good humour and always willing to help.

Dave was an incredible human being and an inspiration to me. His ability to find the joy in small things; his optimism and determination at times left me in awe. Truly, I thought, how are you able to do this under such trying circumstances? I think under his always sunny disposition he had a will of iron. He fought MS every step of the way and never gave up.

It is with deep emotion that I express my love to Caleen and the entire family of Dave Hood. I shall always remember his great joyous ring of laughter as we were involved in The Ministry of The Berg Choral. He always gave me the nickname: "Gordie". Dave always showed joy for His Love for The Lord Jesus; it was always "infectious".
