Dear Judy,
I extend my deepest condolences on the passing of your partner, Michael Lorne Kozack. It's heart-wrenching to hear about the loss of such a dear friend and neighbor. His Christmas letter, highlighting his genuine nature, resonates with the memories we shared. He truly left an indelible mark, wearing his heart and those holey clothes with pride. May cherished moments bring comfort in these difficult times.
With sympathy,
Kim and Ted Materi
So many memories of Lorne. Like the Thursday night club. Probably a thousand volleyball matches and basketball games. We did tournaments together for several years. Driving his Chrysler (so he could sleep) on trips to where ever. Our condolences to Judy and the family
So sorry to hear the news about Lorne. He was one of my favorite colleagues when we taught together at Bert Church High School. I remember his wit, his extensive vocabulary (for some reason, "ubiquitous" was one of his favorite words!), his "Bah Humbug" routine at Christmas, and his thoughtfulness. He was a great counsellor and responsible for sending thousands of students on their correct career paths after graduation, a very worthy accomplishment and something that I hope gave him a lot of pride.
He and Judy were also responsible for our first trip to Laughlin. What a great recommendation that was.
Our condolences to all the family.

To Aaron & family and to his long time companion Judy:
My fondest memories of Lorne include Friday nights at his house when I taught in Oyen. We would order a huge steak each from the local IGA and when that was done, we would have a dinner steak for dessert. Other memories include rotating parties at individual houses and good times at the Alsask base. He got me into the Lion's club where we shared many laughs as well. He became a life long friend and will be sadly missed. I am unable to come to the funeral because of a planned trip to the Panama canal, leaving shortly.
With warmest thoughts & deepest sympathy.

Y heartfelt condolences to Aaron and his family, and Judy, his Little Geronimo. Lorne was an integral part of the best colleagues I ever worked withe. We formed forever friendships. When my husband died, he made the trek to Oyen for his funeral. All who knew him will deeply miss him. I am in Australia and will not be able to attend the service, sadly. Georgia Sullivan
