Obituary of Keith Raymond Laurie

Keith Raymond (Ray) Laurie, of Calgary, AB, passed away on Thursday, March 7, 2024, at the age of 72 years after a courageous battle with cancer.

Ray was born in Halifax, NS, on June 24, 1951. He moved to Alberta in 1972 to pursue an education at NAIT. Ray married Margaret in 1985, and they spent 38 wonderful years together. Ray retired in 2006 and spent his retirement pursuing his passion for golf, playing on as many courses as he could, spending time with his granddaughter, and enjoying dinner with his family every Sunday.

Ray is survived by his wife Margaret, children, Ryan (Katherine) and Megan (Chris); his beloved granddaughter Claire, as well as numerous relatives and friends.

Funeral Services will be held at McInnis & Holloway (Fish Creek, 14441 Bannister Road SE, Calgary, AB) on Friday, March 15, 2024, at 10:00 a.m.
