I will miss Uncle Frank very much! During my last visit to Calgary I was happy to see how well he looked. I never thought I would not see him again. He was always so caring in asking how the family was. I will never forget the huge family feasts when all parents were still alive. He was well loved. God had a different plan for Tio because if love could have saved him, he would have lived forever. To Lucy, Allan, Joe and Pat and all your children, our deepest, deepest condolences. A classy gentleman and gentle man. Mr. Silva always treated me as a family member. He always loved to share a glass of his wine and reminisce about his land back on the island.
