Condolences
Vince was our dog sitter for our much loved Maggie she loved to visit the Pepe house, she would run to the door and bounce until Sheril or Vince opened the door. She would be Vince’s copilot on some of his trips into the city she was truly loved in her second home.
How do you describe a man like Vince and do him justice?
What an amazing man, we are all grateful for our chats with him as he walked Caesar, his genuine smile and wave as he zipped by in the car. A true gentleman who made time for all. Kind, interesting with a mischievous streak, the best kind of human.
He will be missed by so many, what a life lived to have such a fan club. Sending love and offers of support to Sherill, John, Laurel and their families.
With love
John, Jeanette, Callum and Ellie Reeve
Vince's irascible charm will be missed, a kind man who could also cajole, tease and engage all with his humour and friendliness, compassion. His love of gardening, shirtless sunbathing, greeting shouts of "Hey!" in readiness for a chat (whether strolling by or rolling by in his car), leave us saddened by his absence - but enriched in memory and gratitude. We adored him and loved him. Our deepest sorrow is felt for his much cherished and devoted, loving family: his adored and dedicated Sherill, and their treasured family he was so very proud of: Laurel, Rio, John, Sean, Sophia, Seraphina and his sweet little Caesar. I hope your heavy hearts will be comforted by wonderful memories eliciting smiles and laughter. With much love, from your friends and neighbours, Tracey and Jon, Alexandra, Zoë and Isabel Gittins - and Oliver his 4 legged pal. Thank you for your friendship over so many long and memorable years. Vincenzo, you hold a special place in my heart, forever. XXXXXXXX
