Our whole family was truly sorry to learn about the passing of Rudi Hofmann, one of the closest friends of our uncle Vic Lavica who went ahead to Rudi into eternity. When visiting Calgary, we got to know him as a real gentlemen and fervent gardener.
Uncle Vic often spoke of their deep and longstanding friendship and their excellent collaboration within the Calgary Austrian Canadian Society with deep affection. Many times, he shared photos showing Rudi and him amidst their dear friends. We are very grateful that Rudi took care of our uncle’s health for such a long time.
May Rudi’s soul rest in peace, and may you as the family find comfort in the many cherished memories he left.
