Condolences
To the family of Dave; know that he was a great man on the CFD. He was highly respected by his superiors and his crew of 6 that worked and 'played' together for many years. We were an outpost on the edge of the city with many unusual incidents that we had to attend to. He was our leader and handled all the emergencies with care and success. It saddens me that he has passed but I can cherish the fond memories.
Dear Kathy,
My deepest sympathy. I watched the streaming of Davis’s funeral. A lovely service, many happy memories.
Sincerely Beverley
My sympathy goes out to all the family but especially Christopher whom I have known since a very young man. Stay strong Chris.

Very sad to hear of David's passing. Special thoughts and prayers to you Katherine, and to each of you Jennifer and Christopher. I will remember David during my quiet time walk later today. Mike Kardash
I am so saddened to hear of Dave’s passing. He was a kind and generous man to me and my family. I worked for Dave for 10 years at Firehall # 29 and have great memories of our time together. He was an excellent Fire Captain who I have high respect for and always stood behind his crew. He was always calm and professional at emergency scenes and his skills mentored many of us through our careers. Rest in Peace Dave.
