Condolences
My sincere condolences to you all. I met Kerry while I was in Real Estate millions of years ago. My husband and I were in his foresome in a golf tournament. Kerry had driven his cart over a little hill and there was some sort of delay. I could see his head but he wasn't moving. We walked over to the hill just in time to see that he had driven the cart into this huge puddle and the cart stalled. Kerry and his friend were laughing, Bruce and I were laughing, all of us were in hysterics as he tried to figure out how to get out of his latest adventure without getting his golf shoes, socks and pants wet. If I recall, those two ended up barefoot, pants rolled up to the knees and they pushed the cart out, just before the Golf Marshall arrived. We had so much fun that day with Kerry and so many laughs. He really will be missed.
Lynne and family, we are so sorry to hear about your loss.
We recall the last time we saw Kerry at Playa Chacá! He surprised you Lynne, for your birthday! Our deepest condolences and sympathies to you and your family.

Dear Lynne, Chad, Robbie& David & families. We were neighbors in Temple years ago and had a lot of fun along with our other neighbors. Kerry sold our house to us and then sold our house again when we moved to Valley Ridge. We always considered our street to be “ dream street”! Kerri will be sincerely missed by all.

Kerry and I would talk (natter) endlessly about the state of Real Estate today. He was a good one. Anne I send my deepest condolences to you and family. We only spoke occasionally, however, knew each other for 30 years. I will think of him fondly. Petr Stiven
Kerry left a lasting impression on everyone he crossed paths with. He was a fine example of a genuine, good human being. Hold all the wonderful memories close to your hearts.
Fond times from gatherings at your home, to surprises he pulled off, the community ball diamond on Sunday nights and his entertaining impersonations are just a handful of great times spent with him.
Our hearts and thoughts are with you all during this trying time.

Lynn and Family, Ann and I send our heartfelt condolences on your loss of Kerry. We met him when he first joined Cu Nim, and it was obvious from the start that he was a remarkable person with many admirable qualities – a generous spirit with calm and confident competence, a great sense of humour, and a natural instinct for helping people and contributing to the organizations that he cared about. In our 40 year acquaintance I never heard him voice a negative thought or saw him frown. Kerry was just “a class act” in every way and he will be sorely missed by all who knew him.

Lynne and family,
Condolences on your loss. I first met Kerry many years ago at Cowley summer camp. His smile brightened everyone's spirits, and he was always a cheerful optimist. Kerry's presence made every soaring camp a joyful event, regardless of the weather. He will be missed by everyone.

I knew Kerry from my time serving on various committees at the Calgary Real Estate Board from 1987 on.. Kerry was a fine fellow, a genuinely nice guy and made many contributions to CREB. As a Realtor he leaves a lasting legacy to so many. A great loss. Sincere condolences to his family and close friends.
Kerry and my mom Clara Ulrich worked together for many years, she considered him a valuable friend. When mom retired Kerry became her go to realtor. Kerry recently sold my moms little condo as the time for her to enter a care center had arrived. What a kind, caring, thoughtful, ethical, generous and helpful man. Our deepest condolences on the loss of this wonderful man. The Ulrich Family.
To the Stevenson Family,
Our hearts are with you in mourning the passing of a true gentleman. I always enjoyed running into Kerry at the rink and in the community. He brightened the day and always inspired me with his enthusiasm and love for his boys. I especially remember coaching David in lacrosse where I gained an appreciation for David and Kerry and his love of life and sports.
I am glad I got to share a bit of his light.

Sending our deepest sympathy to Kerry's family and friends. Kerry was our real estate agent when we sold our home in Calgary to move to Kelowna. We were very fortunate to have connected with such a kind, generous and ethical person who made our sale journey possible. He made us feel that we were his only clients and that he would always do his best. Who else would bring a fire pit and his dog to our back yard in early March to show how great our location was! He was one of a kind and will be sorely missed.

Kerry's smile would brighten up the room, always positive and full of optimism. He helped so many people throughout his life and I am so thankful to have had the opportunity to get to know him and his family better.

Dear Stevenson's family, I am sorry for your loss. Kerry was such a wonderful person that gave me my first Open House opportunity on May 11th and he was so kindhearted and supportive. Please accept my condolences and my prayers are with you all. RIP Kerry.
Heartfelt colences to Lynne and Kerry’s family! For the loss of your loved one! A life cut too short, too soon! He was always volunteering in the community. Knew them well, when the kids were younger from school and hockey! RIP Kerry! Shirley and Ken Bruce !
Dear Stevenson Family,
We are holding you all in our prayers and send you our deepest condolences. We will certainly miss seeing Kerry at Mountain View, his wonderful hugs, and our coffee chats after church. We were so fortunate to have him as our realtor when we purchased our first home. He was a thoughtful man who, on several occasions, gifted our children gingerbread houses to decorate at Christmas- even though we hadn't been his clients for quite some time! Andrew will forever cherish the childhood memories he has of Kerry and all of the Stevenson's. God be with you all,
Andrew & Cassandra Schultz

Thinking of you at this incredibly difficult time, and extending our heartfelt condolences to all of Kerry’s loved ones.
Kerry was a good friend. Both to me and to CuNim. Many years of association led me to trust and respect him. Both as a person and as a pilot. He gave his best to the club as president and senior instructor. I always enjoyed his company either behind the tow plane or on the ground. He was good humoured, reasonable and respected among our membership. Even through the hard times a few years ago. A solid citizen and a great guy. I miss him.
Lynne and family
Please accept our deepest sympathy and love. Kerry was your life and he was Carline and my youth. Chip was always there for us back then ;Kerry was always there for us (from professional realtor to parrothead) as we matured . We miss him dearly.
Lynne, you always included us in Kerry’s big birthdays , Olympic fun or chasing salmon on the coast and we are forever grateful.
Thinking of you with sadness in our hearts.
Love Don and Carline
