Condolences
Hi Bob and the Rest of Mo’s family. I was deeply saddened to learn that Mo had become very ill and was shocked how fast it all happened. My deepest condolences to you and your family, I know from experience how hard this has been for everyone. I got to know Mo through her sister and my good friend Jo at work. Mo was a strong and straight forward woman, I enjoyed the talks we had….she will be missed. Wendy
Hi Bob and the rest of Mo’s family. I was deeply saddened to learn that Mo had become very ill and was shocked how fast it all happened. My deepest condolences to you and your family, I cannot imagine how hard this has been for everyone. I left the City just when Mo was waiting for test results and I spoke to her by email after. She is amazingly strong. I enjoyed working with her over the years…. she was always so kind to me and never forgot anything going on in my world. She was good that way. I wish I could have seen her one more time….. She will be missed. ~Sherrill
Our sincerest condolences.
I am honoured to be able to attend today’s memorial and to not mourn for our neighbour and friend, Mo, but to celebrate a wonderful woman who always made us feel welcome in our little Canterbury neighbourhood. She always had a smile on her face and kind words for us and others.
She will be missed, but we are thankful to have had Mo in our lives even just for these past few years.
Rest in peace,
Barbara & Caleb
Hi Bob. I’m very sorry for your loss. Mo was always very straight forward but kind to me. I tried to make it to the memorial but I got in late medical test. Let me know your schedule at ibs and I will come down.
I offer my sincerest sympathy to you Bob and your extended family. I hadn’t seen Maureen for quite some time but ran into her out for lunch last year. Her kindness and curiosity as to my life was heartwarming as she always made me feel like I was a true friend. We spend time catching up even though she was with a group of people I did not know…..but that was Maureen – she always put had a special way of making others feel as though they were the most important person in the room. Maureen will be missed and remembered well by her colleagues and friends.

I wish to express my heartfelt condolences to Bob, family members and friends. Maureen was a true friend and the most sincere person I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. She always gave me words of wisdom when it came to difficult situations and inspired me with her caring ways in dealing with people.
Our paths joined many years ago when a group of us gathered together for a game of golf. I’ll never forget Maureen’s laugh and gestures at that time as we all bonded in our friendships. We kept in touch through various HR dealings and had some good laughs along the way. Maureen was more than a friend, she was a huge influence in my life.
Maureen will be deeply missed and will forever be in our hearts.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family.

My deepest sympathy and condolences to you Bob and all of Mo’s and your family. I truly will miss her and liked her so much. She brightened my days every time I saw her and her concern and care for me and for my family during our conversations was always apparent and appreciated. She definitely is one of those “kind” souls that I was glad to know. I am still in shock as I just found out of her passing on Thursday and that she was even seriously ill as I haven’t worked with Mo since May – as I moved onto another position at the City. With all my thoughts and prayers for you Bob and your families during this time. Vanessa Daniel-Fernando
