Condolences
I met with Geoff and his kids a couple of times regarding one of my rentals. He was always polite and of calm demeanour. I could see how much he loved his kids and it was cleared they admired him back by the way they interacted with each other. My deepest condolences to his family, Son and Daughter. I hope they find strength and love through their aunts and uncle and loving grandad.

Geoff… We were honoured we got to know a little about you through the stories your family shared during our time at Rosedale Hospice. I believe it was fate that brought us all together. People to cry and laugh with as we shared the pain of losing our Geoffs. We are so grateful for your family’s support. You were so loved and will be missed.
Geoff... I learned so much about you through your family. I feel you and my Geoff, who was just across the hall would have cracked many jokes and gotten along so well. I am so sorry you had to leave us all so soon. It was a blessing to have your family around so they could support us, and we could support you and your family. I think in someways, even wth unfortunate circumstances, we were meant to be there together. We joked that you and our Geoff were speaking to each other telepathically, and maybe decided to go together as to not be alone. You will be so so missed, and you were so so so loved, and always will be. <3
Sir Geoff..I used to call him. I am her cleaning lady when I was still in Calgary. He is a great Husband,Father,Brother and a friend. Happy and a giggling man. I saw and witnessed how much he love his family.. He had a beautiful soul. May You Rest In Peace brother. Until we meet again.
Geoff was a young man when I met him at BJ Services. He was always smiling. He was a hard worker but most of all a really great guy. He will be missed. Our condolences to his family.
Geoff, I'll always be grateful to you and your family for your warmth, generosity, kindness, and support. Thank you again for helping to pick me up last summer, in 2023 when I had fallen on hard times. I am grateful to have met your kids, and to have been able to see you in early August before you left us. Thank you, thank you, thank you. We'll miss you. ❤️
Always the gentleman. Geoff had a shy humble grace that never failed him. His grin was infectious, and he laughed (well "chuckled" more like it) easily and often. Under extreme pressure he was an admirable voice of sanity and reason and calm. Such a loss for his children, extended family, colleagues, coworkers, friends and indeed the Oilers' fan base. I thought NO ONE could have made me cheer for Edmonton, but I did, with all my heart.
Thank you, Geoff, for the privilege of allowing me to be of service to you.
Pam
