Obituary of Doug Paulson

Fred Douglas 'Doug' Paulson, beloved husband of Pamela 'Pam' Paulson (Ericson) of Calgary, AB, passed away on Saturday, October 12, 2024, at the age of 74 years.
Doug was born in Benito, MB, on February 10, 1950, and moved to Calgary, AB, in 1953.
Doug graduated from high school in 1968 and went on to attend Covenant Bible College in 1969.
In June 1980, Doug married Pam, and they remained together for 44 years.
Doug accomplished much throughout his life, dedicating 32 years of his career to Reimer Express Lines, and was particularly proud of his family, children and grandchildren. He also enjoyed golfing and curling in his free time.
He will be most remembered for his deep love for his family.
Besides his loving wife Pam, Doug is survived by his daughters Victoria (Chris) Fleetwood, Stephanie (Will) Strong and their son Matthew; grandchildren Isabelle Fleewood, Liam Fleetwood, Ethan Strong, and Abigayle Strong; and his two companions, Lincoln and Kennedy. They all reside in Alberta.
Doug is also survived by his sister Darlene (Gary) Dearing, and Della Paulson; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Doug was predeceased by his father Fred Paulson, mother Jean Paulson, and sister Denise Paulson.
